[vdr] Re: OT: a rant regarding DVB-C cards

Ok, this might complicate things even more. Is this a widely known issue? And would this be a problem with the hardware or software? Any multiple Siemens users out there?

A full featured Siemens can be bought for a little under 160,- at least from http://www.edigicam.de. Dennis wrote that a Siemens can be made to work in HTV/Finland by tweaking some parameters in the driver, but it's still unclear to me whether all the Siemens versions work or just some of them.
