[vdr] Announcement: vdr2divx 2.0 pre0 (build18)

Hi,

i like to announce the first pre0 release of vdr2divx 2.0 !

The good part is that it should work with latest mencoder (tested rc3) and 
latest DVB driver / VDR ! Please give some feedback on this!
However the disadvantage is that a lot of features known from the 1.6.0 aren't 
implemented yet :-(
