[vdr] Announcement: time plugin vdr-time-0.0.2

Hi @all!

I would like to announce the second release of the "time" plugin. Now you can 
also use an analog clock. You can also view this clock in "full screen mode". 
Specially this may be useful when listening to radio programs or when you 
listen to mp3's or something like this.

This version should also be more stable then the first release.
