[vdr] ca.conf numbers

Are the numbers in ca.conf in anyway 'important', like the
'101    Premiere World', or can the number be anything
as long as the number is same in CaCaps-line and channels.conf.

I mean do they relate to something in real world, something
in the stream, or have they just been picked out of the hat.
