[vdr] Re: VDR, DXR3, DVB-T and anamorphic widescreen missing



Yes. My VDR does this. I've set it to 16:9 and if a channel transmits in
16:9 mode I get true widescreen with no letterbox. The TV notifies me that
it uses true 16:9 mode. Not all channels use this mode though and then
only on some movies. Too bad..
