Thanks for the fast answer...

A friend that i have meet on icq had give me the link
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/de/guide-localization.xml a few minutes ago and i
have set the link /etc/localtime to /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Berlin

Now all seems to work fine, but i will have a look on it.
