Yes, the MP3 plugin works again without the MP3 patch :-)

Also for DVD playback: if I choose 'Multichannel audio' = 'No',
I can hear again the through a52dec to PCM decoded AC3 tracks.

Okay, I've testet a few DVDs with the following audio tracks:
  DD 2.0, DD 5.1, DD 5.1 EX, DTS

All played very fine and smooth. I had no blobs or stacato anymore.
(This was only a short test. More when I watch the DVDs.)

That's very great. So I can discard my second Pro7 entry in the
channels.conf that forced vdr to use my second dvb card...



All problems I had are gone. Thank you very much for this release.
