Could you connect a tv set to the DVB2 card to see whether the picture also freezes
on _that_ card? Your observation may be caused by the recent problems with replay
of some recordings (especially from RTL channels, but maybe also others). In your
configuration I assume CA channels will be watched in Transfer Mode, which essentially
is the same as replaying.
