@Klaus,

i have connect yet all my DVB cards to the av receiver so i can switch with the av-receiver
and can take a look at all outputs of the DVB card including audio. But i think its not vdr
its the dvb driver because when i watch CA channels with driver from 12.08, vdr-1.1.23 works
in Transfer Mode.
to your question:
- watching CA channels will be done in Transfer Mode
- the picture is also frozen.

I have installed the AC3OverDVB patch 0.1.2 from Stefan, and did the tests again.
the behavior is the same. Picture is frozen but it takes about 15 minutes.

I got the same messages like Johannes Lautner described (today 21:24).

But as i said i will use the driver from 12.08.2002, with this one it works.

I've seen in the system.log the message "kernel: BUFFER EMPTY" everytime the picture freeze,
i can find this message in the log.

Gerald
