Please don't install any patches or use any plugins when testing the CAM support.
Use only the plain vanilla VDR (with the VDR/ci.c from ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/vdr/Developer/ci.c
in case that one is newer than the one you have).

Well, that one still contained the old CAM support.
Have you tried using the new VDR/ci.c file I've uploaded today (see link above)?

That's probably because the CAM doesn't deliver decrypted data any more,
so the MPEG decoder runs out of data.
