[vdr] Where is the latest version ?

I have sat and watched for a little over a week, waiting for someone to 
let slip where I can find the latest release;
I looked at some of the more usual project sites and although I can find 
plug-ins, I can't find where everyone gets
the latest version from !

Would someone kindly put me out of my misery ?

BTW what is the best method for deriving the conf  file for UK 
(terrestrial) transmitters ?
