[vdr] Problems with DVD plugin 0.3.0

Hello,

today I have tried the new DVD plugin 0.3.0. I got the same behaviour than
in previous versions. After starting a DVD I got a black screen and then the
VDR does a restart. So I looked around and found out that there was two
different versions of libdvdnav installed on my system. In /usr/lib there
was the old one and in /usr/local/lib there was the new one. After I have
cleared the old libdvdnav in /usr/lib, the DVD plugin now works just fine.
