[vdr] mp3 plugin

Hi,
 
i try to compile the mp3 plugin for vdr since 2 days!
I have installed vdr version 1.1.25
But while compiling mp3-0.7.10 there is always the
Same error:
 
/usr/bin/ld: cannot fin –lz
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [libvdr-mp3.so] Error 1
 
 
what can i do??
