[vdr] ERROR: /dev/lircd: Permission denied

Hi all
after vdr was not running, I have done it once again from the begin
(from:
http://home.t-online.de/home/hubertus.sandmann/   )

as described there vdr runs as user vdr

groupadd -g 99 vdrdaem
useradd -u 99 -g vdrdaem -d /usr/local/vdr -p vdrdaem -c 'VDR User'
vdr
----------------
but now vdr cannot access lircd

in
