does this mean: old controllers can work with udma 100 oder udma 66
and there is no need for hardwareupdate for using this disks?

i am using xfs with the cvs kernel from sgi, works realy great
never a problem with the journal
also 100% full disks are no problem
xfs is designed for streaming large (>100gb) files .. so our
2 gb babies are no problem ;-)
