100% is only possibel if you use a Premiere Certified STB.(*1)

There is no 100% legel way for watching Premiere with VDR (or other
PC-based solutions)

But nearest to 100%, it'd say about 80-90% (;-), is a Premiere-Smartcard
in a compatible CAM (e.g. Irdeto Allcam). I use my Premiere-Abo(*2) with
a Irdeto Allcam 4.7SE for a few days more then 2 years now.

*1: e.g. the "AGB" says (at least mine does) that i'm only allowed to
used the Smartcard with the STB i got when i bought my Abo.

*2: Since a few month i have 3 Abos and use 2 for VDR (Allcam) and one
in a DBox-II patched to work with Linux (I think this is also a 80-90%
legal thing. It is the 'original' hardware but not the 'original'
software).

Real Programmers consider "what you see is what you get" to be just as
bad a concept in Text Editors as it is in women. No, the Real Programmer
wants a "you asked for it, you got it" text editor -- complicated,
cryptic, powerful, unforgiving, dangerous.
