Oh sorry i think i've version 2.1:
Apr  6 18:29:48 dagobert kernel: DVB: registering new adapter
(Technotrend/Hauppauge PCI rev2.1 or 2.2).

The best would be to have a card with composite-output
Does the Siemens-Fujitsu-card have composite?
