The PCR pid can be found in the PMT, as well as video and audio pids.
But I guess, Klaus does not like to make big changes before the Rel 1.3.

Anyway, I wonder why this issue comes up right now.
Until now, no vdr version could handle (PCR != VPID && PCR != APID).
