[vdr] ERROR: ring buffer overflow (188 bytes dropped)

Hi!

I've got the above (s. Subject) error message. This problem has been
described on this list before, but unfortunately without an solution.

I use the dxr3-plugin because I only got a WinTV Nova. At the time these
errors occured vdr was running on it's own during the night without any user
interaction. Thus the dxr3-plugin was (AFAIK!) running idle.

Specs:
vdr: 1.1.26
vdr-dxr3: 0.1.7a

Gentoo

K6-2 450 MHz
128 MB RAM
