[vdr] PATCH: Replay vdr recordings from CD/DVD

Hi,

this little patch detects if the VDR directory structure is on a read only
media (like a DVD).

If so, the "resume.vdr" file is placed at

  /tmp/cache.vdr/<devicename>/<moviename>/<date>/resume.vdr

as in

/tmp/cache.vdr/media/cdrom/StarTrek-TNG/0486-Der_Rachefeldzug/2003-01-29.19.23.50.99.rec/resume.vdr

enabling vdr to restart the replay at the last stop position.

It works really nice with Saschas media detection plugin.

Would you please add these patch, Klaus?
