These white flickering dots are quite normal (tm) for a broadcaster paid 
by my taxes... <argl> These are mpeg2-encoded analog videotext signal 
staying in the picture and only visible while viewing a PALplus 
broadcast. When do they learn that digital tv is more than just 
mpeg2-ing the videostream....
