[vdr] EPG language selection in Finland (experimental diff)

Most Finnish DVB EPG entries are bilingual. VDR shows most of them in
Finnish, but some in Swedish. I wrote a little patch which allows you to
choose a "preferred language" to get all of the EPG in a language of your
choice. If the entry does not have description in the preferred language,
then a "default" language will be used. The patch might work on other
multi-lingual channels as well, but I don't have any to test.

Please give it a try and tell me if it worked or not. I've been running it
for a while on DVB-T without problems. The diff will be on a following
address for few days at least:

PS. Remember to backup your setup.conf, you may need it if you return back
to non-patched VDR.
