[vdr] Wrong behaviour of the Cutter with file size limit.

Hi,

after setting marks for removing commercials I get
e.g. something like that:

Star_Wars_Episode_I_-_Die_Dunkle_Bedrohung/2003-04-20.20.12.50.50.rec> ll -G
total 3953216
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 706869304 Apr 29 18:04 001.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 706323658 Apr 29 18:15 002.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 723620142 Apr 29 18:22 003.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 56549436 Apr 29 18:27 004.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 675088908 Apr 29 18:32 005.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 723653574 Apr 29 18:39 006.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 109629024 Apr 29 18:44 007.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 344875390 Apr 29 18:46 008.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 0 Apr 29 18:46 009.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 1456416 Apr 29 18:46 index.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 15 Apr 29 18:47 resume.vdr
-rw-r--r-- 1 root 507 Apr 29 18:46 summary.vdr

please note that I've set the file size limit to 750MB. Only
after removing the marks.vdr and renaming the main directory
to a name without leading `%' and cutting again with two
marks from the first I-frame upto the last I-frame I get
files all with the same size nearby 750MB.

It seems that the cutting logic of writing the new files
does not fully include the cutted offsets and close some
files before reaching the given file size limit.

         Werner
