Here is the EPG preferred language diff for VDR 1.1.31.

DISCLAIMER: I haven't actually been able to test my patch yet, as my only
primary device is DXR3 (which doesn't compile at the moment). The patch
should change the EPG multi-language behaviour back to what it was in
1.1.30, with or without the preferred language enabled. The difference is
that 1.1.30 uses the first language found as a default, as the 1.1.31 uses
the last one. Also, language in extended events is not checked in this
version.
