That's odd...
VDR uses the "source" parameter when storing EPG info, so since the source
of the two channels is different (S30.0W vs. S19.2E) I would expect this
to work. Maybe you can do some debugging to see where this is going wrong,
because I only have one satellite here.
Oh, and when doing so, please make sure you work with the original, unpatched
version of VDR.

BTW: what's with the 'xxx' in your channel definitions?
I doub't that VDR would read that without an error message...
