[vdr] Decryption does not work

Whats wrong? I can't get the decryption to work.

I get the error:
"ERROR: channel 1 not sync'ed on DVB card 1"

I use:
Hardware: Hauppauge DVB-c, Hauppauge CI and CONAX-CAM.
Source:    vdr-1.0.4.tgz
               siemens_dvb-0.9.4-2002-05-20.tgz


(The same hardware works with the Hauppauge software for windows)
