[vdr] Cut marks are not immediately selected?

Hi

When playing around with the still frame problems I noticed some odd
behavior regarding the cut marks.

1) Start playing back a recording
2) Press pause
3) Add a cut mark with "0"
4) Try to move this mark with "4" and "6"

This is NOT possible, as the cut mark apparently isn't selected. You
have to select it using "7" or "9" first, even though no fast forwarding
or rewinding has been done.

A bug?
