[vdr] Re: Switching off



This looks interesting but what about integration with VDR ?

I guess there are two reasons why VDR should be resumed are on:

1) You want to do something in the menu (either using the keyboard or IR
device)
2) To start a recording.

I guess the whole power on / power off / shutdown thing is fairly new to
vdr and perhaps theres scope for a "plugin" somewhere (hit hit!)

;o)  oh  yes.  nvram-wakeup is a very nice program, which tells your PC

wakeup several minutes before the next timer starts...
