[vdr] PAL plus problem/bug

Hi there!

When I start playing a recording (eg. from analogTV) and I have selected
a channel that was showing a PAL plus transmission (eg. from ARD or ZDF)
the shown recording is also shown in PAL plus (which is specially
handled by my TV with better 16:9 picture even on a 4:3 screen). So the
recoding is shown squeezed. If I switch to another channel before
playing all recordings are ok.
