Just have read trough your site. That sound really great. I have 
regulary some music videos recorded and your way should be easily 
extensible to produce some nice SVCD from it. 

Justz a note:

I would highly recommend to patch -K kvcd to the mpeg2enc options in 
tosvcd and using mjpegtools 1.6.1.90 or later if available. The quality 
imrovment is very big for SVCDs
