I have patched the sources (ver. 1.2.5) and it's running fine, including 
adapted configuration menu item for Multispeed ("None", "Slow", "Fast", "Slow 
& Fast").

Where is the best place to put the patch, in case someone else likes it? In 
this mailinglist?

There is also a patch version for Elchi-patched VDRs.
