[vdr] dvb-t channels.conf for helsinki/espoo area finland

Hi all

I strugled some time to get the chan conf working and thought that maby 
somebody else might have the same situation around helsinki area in 
finland and thus i wanted to ease the pain and post this channels.conf  
for dvb-t cards over here.
