[vdr] can't record SAT1 / Pro7 with Nova budget card

I tried to build a VDR server with 2x nova-s budget cards and 2x rev 1.6 cards. My problem is that I can't record SAT1 and Pro7 with the budget cards without getting these errors:

vdr[372]: cTS2PES got 1658 TS errors, 9726 TS continuity errors
vdr[372]: cTS2PES got 81 TS errors, 3884 TS continuity errors

The recording is unusable with these many errors. Please note, that the recording will only fail if the recording is done by a budget card. To verfiy these I managed to get two identical system based on a GA-8PENXP (Intel 865PE Chipset) mainboard. I put the two nova budget card in one pc and the two rev 1.6 card in the other pc. The harddisk is cloned, bios settings are the same even the order of the pci cards and interrupts are equal. The only difference is that the sat cable length might be not exactly the same maybe they differ about 1m. I've done several recordings last night and all recordings with SAT1 and Pro7 are broken on the budget system while the rev 1.6 system records all timers fine. Recording from RTL and Vox are ok on both systems.

I used the following software:
DVB driver = CVS snapshot from 29.09.2003
VDR 1.2.5 without patches but with the following defines:
recorder.c:#define VIDEOBUFSIZE MEGABYTE(15)
transfer.c:#define VIDEOBUFSIZE MEGABYTE(5)

Can someone explain while the budget systems fails to record SAT1 and Pro7?
