thats the task for p8 ;-)

btw. i can't test it, so it would be nice,
if somebody with a hw ac3 receiver makes the patch,
send it to me and i name it p8 ;-)

btw - i am a bit dumb about audio techs.,
so:
	- whats the advantage of a external hw ac4 decoder
	- i thought the 5.1 emu101k (?) cards can do ac3 ?
	- why is sw decoding of ac3 -> soundcard 5.1 worse ?
