[vdr] Announcement: AudioCD Plugin

Hi!

I wrote a small plugin which is able to control a cdrom drive to play
audio cds. It's available at http://mail.pad.zuken.de/~alex/vdr
There are still some bugs and some todos but I think I can release my
first version.
