Interesting. The following changelog entry looks promising:

|        * driver/av7110/: Dpram, Dpram-icam, Root, Root-icam: new av7110
|        firmware version 0x261a which fixes: - section filter outputs data
|        from previous TS after zapping with hw_sections=0 - output of low
|        bandwidth section data (TDT or TOT with hw_sections=0) is delayed

Has somebody tried the 2003-07-09/2003-07-10 firmware with the current
driver?
