Take a KNOPPIX-CD, copy the content of the ISO on a disk, add the content of 
the ctvdr-packages and create a bootable ISO. Burn it on a CD and you're 
done. The Knoppix homepage has a howto somewhere how to customize a 
KNOPPIX-CD.
