I command you to buy an Athlon board. I prefer those because they are 
inexpensive and some of them can be used together with athcool (google). 
The nice thing about the DIGN is that it can handle a normal ATX Power 
Supply, right? Get an Enermax with two fans that are handled with 
thermocontrol.
I can assure you that athcool works with the ECS K7VTA3 V5.0 (ATX) and 
also the ASRock K7VM2 (micro-atx). If you use audio directly from the 
DVB-cards (analog or digital) you will have no negative effects with 
athcool. Get a fan that adjusts fan speed according to heat 
(thermocontrolled) and it will be very quit when the CPU is idle (like 
most of the time).
