yes, I redid the patch to include the Makefile modification, so it is a little 
bit different than the (slightly older) one from vdrportal.

This line comes from the subtitles plugin, I should have removed this line, 
since it has nothing to do with my patch and will break on systems not 
running the plugin.

It should work just fine.
