[vdr] BUG?: vdr 1.3.1 Stream distortion when zapping to a channels while recording on the same channel

Hello,
If i use VDR 1.3.x to record on the primary DVB device an encrypted channel, 
e.g. Premiere, every channel switching from e.g. ARD to Premiere does disturb 
the recorded stream.
The recording contains small audible glitches and destroyed macroblocks.

Is this a bug in vdr, or in the cam?
With VDR 1.2.6 there no problem.
