[vdr] Workaround for first picture-problem of grab

Hi

as everbody know, the first grabbed picture (for example via SVDRP-command
grab) is a grey one. Also we know, that this is a driver and not a vdr-bug.
But it would be nice, if vdr would grab a dummy picture at the start of vdr. So
we could avoid a grey picture.

@Klaus: I know. You don't like these workarounds. But I think, this would be
a nice and helpful one. Maybe you can adopt this into the next vdr-versions.
