No, but you can use hdparm to reduce the drive speed.
This is what I already do with the hdparm init-script. But when the
drive is used by other applications, speed is set to maximum again. So
it would be nice if the MP3-plugin would set speed to 2x when playing a
audio-CD by using CDFS.
