NFS didn't seem to have the problem. At least i can copy 2,5GB files
over NFS.
rcp is obsolete and SSH should'nt have any problem.

Only via FTP i wasn't able to copy files >2GB, but this may be a problem
of the ftpd and/or the ftp-client.
