Apparently this works only of you have a real single card system.
If there is any secondary card, _only_ that card will be used for
scanning, and the "Scan" button has no real effect.

Please run VDR with -D and the index of your primary DVB card.
Then press the "Scan" button and see the log if and how channels
are being found.

I'll improve this later so that in a mixed card system the primary
card will be used to scan, too.
