[vdr] pvr350 device

Hi,

I've just put a first version of my pvr350 plugin up at:
http://www.rst38.org.uk/vdr/pvr350

This permits the use of the tv-out on the pvr350 as an output device. It's
fairly early code and shouldn't be used in production. It has the
following limitations:

- Radio stations don't work (I'll need to supply a dummy video stream at 
least initially)
- Aspect ratio is setup to present a letterbox on 4:3 screens, so it might 
be slightly wrong at times (4:3 broadcast in 16:9 wrapper (thank you 
BBC!) becomes fully boxed)
- Trick mode is slightly messed up
- Volume can't be changed
- I've not tested it in combination with the analogtv plugin
- I've only run it under a 1.2.6 vdr with streamdev supplying the data.
- Debug text...and no docs!
- ...and probably more that I've either forgotten/not found yet

There's a patch in the archive which should be applied to the ivtv driver
source, this permits setting/reading the saa7127 registers directly which
will avoid a couple of error messages in the syslog.
