Forgot to say that I would prefer a approach independent of the favourite
list as even in a 'favourite' list, there could be a mixture of channels that
need or don´t need a online EPG update (e.g. ARD: ok, ZDF: currently not okay,
Tele 5: never seen any EPG :-))
