[vdr] AC3overDVB and kernel 2.6

Hello list!

is it a known problem that the AC3overDVB (tested with vdr 1.2.6) patch 
does not work with the kernel 2.6(.2) dvb-drivers? I always get a
"ERROR: thread 2274 won't end (waited 3 seconds) - cancelling it..."
using AC3overDVB. Or is this due to my server configuration?
