[vdr] Bug in runvdr regarding $VDRUSR

Hello ML,

I saw that runvdr never started vdr as user $VDRUSR so I looked into it
and found the following line:

su -c "$VDRCMD" $VDRUSR

I tried a little and changed the line to

su $VDRUSR -c "$VDRCMD"

Now vdr runs as user $VDRUSR. Maybe you want to include this in future
releases.
