[vdr] Cat different VDR recordings into one VDR file

I like to cat some short VDR recordings to get one VDR file. My first 
approach was simply to cat this files together into a new file. I could 
play the new VDR file but when I pressed OK there was no timeline at the 
bottom of the screen. I suppose this is due to the missing index.vdr 
file. How can I build a index.vdr for my VDR file?
