[vdr] Vdr2dvd.pl with dvbtextsubs

With dvbtextsubs from linuxstp.org you can decode teletext subtitles
from vdr-files to xml-liles and futher remux them to dvd-file. Has
anybody inserted needed commands to vdr2dvd.pl perl-script. Or can
somebody translate these to perl:

cat 0*.vdr | sdvtextsubs -vdr 123 > subs.xml
xml2spumux subs.xml > spumux.xml
spumux spumux.xml < xxx.mpx > xxx.mpg
